NEW PAYMENT POLICY : a credit card is being asked to secure your appointment as I have made shifts to collection of payments for appointments. I still prefer e-transfer, cash or cheque as these methods are less expensive then processing credit, however, if payment by these methods isn’t received immediately before/after treatment, after 48 hours the credit card will be charged. This does apply to patients who do not show up for their appointments at all as well. Thank you for your understanding in the matter. Please remember to reduce infection of any kind; a communicable disease prescreen is still being sent electronically to your email (check the spam folders!) for prescreening before your appt. We aim to reduce transmission of all infections in this post covid era at our clinic, and we ask you to reschedule your appt if you are unwell, specifically with sore throat, fever, or newly symptomatic with cold/flu/covid symptoms, for a week past your originally scheduled time.
